Ingredients
  

For the Iced Tea

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags or green tea for a lighter flavor

For the Peach Purée

  • 3 ripe peaches pitted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar to taste, optional

Instructions
 

Brew the Tea

  • Start by boiling the water in a medium saucepan. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
  • Tip: Remove the tea bags and stir in sugar while the tea is still warm to fully dissolve it.

Make the Peach Purée

  • In a blender, combine the chopped peaches with lemon juice and sugar. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, pulse briefly to keep some peach pieces intact.
  • Tip: For a frosty texture, you can freeze the blended peaches before adding them to the tea.

Combine and Chill

  • In a large pitcher, combine the brewed tea and peach purée. Mix well, adding additional sugar if desired. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
