Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion (40 g)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (75 g)

  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled turkey bacon or sausage (40 g)

Instructions
 

Preheat Your Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Muffin Tin

  • Grease your muffin tin with cooking spray or line with paper liners.

Whisk Eggs and Milk

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Add Veggies and Optional Ingredients
