  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped (150 g)
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach roughly chopped (60 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Prepare the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Sear the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
