- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 to 2 tbsp warm water, as needed
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger, optional
Cook the Noodles
Cook the rice vermicelli according to the package instructions, then drain and let it cool.
Tip: Rinse the noodles under cold water to prevent them from sticking.
Assemble the Rolls
Place the wrapper on a clean surface and add a few slices of avocado, a small handful of noodles, shredded lettuce, cucumber, carrot, and fresh herbs in the center.
Tip: Don’t overfill; a little goes a long way in making a perfect roll!
Roll It Up
Fold in the sides, then roll it up tightly like a wrap. Ensure everything is snug and secure.
Tip: If you're struggling to seal the rolls, you can dip your fingers in water to help the edges stick together.

Tip: Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding warm water, one tablespoon at a time.
